Triple Chocolate Guinness Cookies

These cookies are a twist on a chocolate chip cookie. They contain artisan cocoa to give the cookies a fudge-like flavor, white and dark chocolate chips to bring a depth of sweetness and Guinness Ale to intensify the chocolate flavor. The Guinness is boiled down until most of the alcohol is gone and the result is heavenly and delicious!
